We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003, which means we only email people who've asked to hear from us.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our website uses SSL encryption (that's the little padlock in your browser), and we only keep your information for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires.
No system is 100% bulletproof, but if a data breach ever happens that's likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.
