Welcome to Gloria Dei (ABN 49 243 362 374)! We're glad you're here. These terms explain how our online store works and what you can expect from us (and what we ask of you) when you shop with us or use our website, www.gloriadei.com.au.

By using our site or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. We've kept them as simple and jargon-free as we can.

We're a small Australian business that creates and sells children's biblical books. Every book is written and made by us, and the videos on our site come from our own YouTube channel.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order once we send you an order confirmation email. In the rare case we can't fulfil your order (say, a book is out of stock or there's a pricing error), we'll let you know as soon as possible and refund anything you've paid in full.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address you've given us, but if you spot a mistake, contact us quickly and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change our prices from time to time, but any change won't affect an order you've already placed.
• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

If we make a genuine pricing mistake on the site (it happens to the best of us), we're not obliged to sell at the incorrect price. We'll contact you with the option to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We ship within Australia using Australia Post mainly. We'll get your order on its way as quickly as we can, usually within  4-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times are in the hands of our delivery partners, so we can't guarantee exact arrival dates. If your order seems lost or is taking much longer than expected, please reach out and we'll chase it up for you.

Faulty or damaged books: Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If your book arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll happily replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Just contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Change of mind:

• Because we're a small business, we can't offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All the content on this site, including our books, illustrations, videos, text, logos and designs, is created and owned by us (or used with permission). It's protected by copyright.

You're welcome to:

• Enjoy our books and videos with your family
• Share links to our site and videos

Please don't:

• Copy, reproduce or resell our books or content without our written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes

If you'd like to use our materials for something like a school, church or community group, just ask! We're usually happy to help.

Our site features videos from our own YouTube channel. These play through YouTube, so your use of them is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. If a video is ever unavailable, that's usually a YouTube hiccup rather than something on our end.

We ask that you use our site fairly and lawfully. Please don't:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse the site
• Upload anything harmful or unlawful
• Use the site to mislead or harm others

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't promise it'll always be error-free or available. We may update, change or remove content at any time.

We stand behind our products and will always do the right thing by you. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of our site (for example, if the site is temporarily down). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited (where the law permits) to replacing the product or refunding your purchase.

We care about your privacy. How we collect and handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the date at the top. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, so the terms in place when you ordered are the ones that apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
